Finally made the transformation to vegetarian and working on vegan... This is me experimenting in the kitchen... Working on transforming old recipes in to vegan friendly creations and finding new ways to combine foods I love. :)
Almond Frosting

Heat in a saucepan:
1 tbsp cream cheese(more if you like it cheezy)
1 block bakers Almond Bark
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
Cool 10 mins
Add 2 tbsp softened butter and mix
Add powdered sugar and whip until you get the consistency you like. Easy and tasty.
